Candidate will develop all information needed to prepare programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; define the use of training aids, tools and supporting materials. Metric and Report capability development will be the candidate's primary responsibility. Working Knowledge of eQube, Business Objects / Crystal Reports, WinSight, Open Text / Livelink, and SQL Report Generator a plus. Description: Job Description • Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications. • Introduce new products into production in an existing “Concurrent Engineering” environment. • Create and design production tooling. • Generate technical work instructions. • Support in-production issues by assisting Production Assembly and Test Technicians with concise troubleshooting of the system and sub systems. • Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions. • Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure. • Assist in the development and realization of designs and re-designs as part of an on-going cost reduction effort utilizing sound engineering principles and cost analysis.
